CRM Officer

Job Summary

As BILMOLA’s CRM Officer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining all of our current accounts, responding to issues and service inquiries, developing creative new ways to interact with customers, and improving brand loyalty. You’ll also be required to make deals with our retailers, so the ability to negotiate exclusive and profitable agreements is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer relations issues and service inquiries
  • Retaining accounts and improving customer experience
  • Building customer relationships and brand loyalty
  • Writing reports and business correspondence
  • Managing pre/post information update with retailers
  • Providing legal, economics, and market advice to prospective clients
  • Negotiating exclusive agreements and consulting on contract specifications

Qualifications

  • Age 25–35
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • English fluency is a plus
  • Passion for motorcycles is a plus
